Our founder & CEO Dr. Rania Saleh shared her personal experience at 9th Annual Dykema Definitive Conference for DSOs.
Rania Saleh DDS, is a leader and entrepreneur in dentistry. Her great success can be seen in the foundation of Oryx Dental, one of the leading AI cloud-based dental management software companies used in dentistry today. Having finished her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2003, she went on to complete a two-year advanced general practice residency at McGill University in Quebec Canada. In addition, she attended the renowned Kois Institute, where she perfected her skills in cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Having fled her native war-torn country of Lebanon, Dr. Saleh struggled between her creative and scientific sides. Originally wishing to be an architect, she was encouraged by her family of dentists to pursue a career in dentistry. While practicing in Virginia and being a working mom, Dr. Saleh recognized the need for a dental management software that would elevate her practice, while ensuring that the true needs of patients were met. The creation of Oryx Dental, the cloud-based management software made for dentists by dentists, allowed Dr. Saleh to merge both her architectural skills with that of dentistry. Today, Dr. Rania is a leading entrepreneur and dental surgeon that places patient care at the forefront of both her practice and Oryx Dental technology.
